Love the case. I ordered at my daughter's request. It's so unique and colorful and she was so excited when it came only to realize we ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service to request an exchange and immediately got a response. She informed me that every case is unique and are made to order therefore not able to be exchanged. Totally understandable and had I read the return policy I would have known. Then she offered us a code so we could reorder the size we needed and encouraged us to gift the other one. I ordered right away and my daughter has a friend in mind who is going to love her surprise gift.
