All of the products are made custom to order. Due to this there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customers behalf.
Refunds for errors on phone cases are promptly issued upon verification of the mistake. If you receive a phone case with a manufacturing error, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and may request supporting evidence, such as clear photos of the error. Once the error is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement at no additional cost. We strive to ensure the highest quality products and apologize for any inconvenience caused by manufacturing errors.
